I am a specialist in chronic conditions, and disorders of the mind. I help my clients relieve pain, trust in their body's ability to heal itself, and rewire responses to triggers.

I have come to a deep understanding of chronic pain and these types of neural circuit disorders through working with clients as well as my own experiences with: chronic pain, hypersensitivity, nervous system hyper vigilance, multiple concussions, and 18+ years studying and receiving all healing modalities that go along with addressing these challenges.

I practice with great curiosity to help you navigate your individual system's patterns and conditioning. Together we can gently work towards new and expansive pathways for your mind & body to find their inner truth & vitality.

I am a specialist in emotional and trauma informed bodywork. Many of my mobile offerings are post psychedelic ceremony reintegration sessions. Although I love to assist in the reintegration process within 24hrs of an experience, I am eager to help integrate your process in your unique timeline. 

Coming from a family lineage of massage therapy and orthobionomy, I have been immersed in bodywork practices since I was 5 years old. My treatment-oriented massage balances the intensity of trigger point therapy with the gentleness of craniosacral, somatic tracking, and energy work.
