Mind-Body Sessions

60, 75 or 90 min talk and bodywork sessions. These are holistic guidance sessions for mind-body-spirit, using: therapeutic techniques based in the neuroscience of chronic conditions from NCRT (neural circuit retraining therapy), as well as somatic psychological teachings such as jungian-type soul work, transpersonal psychological philosophy, combined with spiritual and intuitive approaches for both discussion and bodywork.

These sessions are also a body centered approach using similar techniques to a mind-body session, but instead of using physical manipulation and touch, clients are guided into their bodies to find it's expressions through movement, visualization, and prompted questions.
